A Credit Score Website and App

As a UX designer on a project, my role is to advocate for the needs and preferences of  users. I achieve this by conducting  user research, designing intuitive interfaces, and optimizing the overall user experience of digital products or services. This involves creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting usability testing, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the final product meets both user needs and business objectives.

Goals and Understanding User Needs:

Before diving into design, it's crucial to understand the needs and goals of your users. Users of a credit score platform typically seek clarity, control, and convenience in managing their financial health. Including a way for them to monitor their credit, or improve their credit standing with articles and advice was the way to go.

I Conducted research to gather insights into user behaviours, preferences, and pain points.
